Days 1–3 — Tokyo: Tsukiji-area breakfast and a depachika food-hall guide.
Day 3 — Professional sushi-chef experience.
Day 4 — Bullet train to Osaka.
Day 5 — Osaka: Dotonbori and Kuromon market crawl (digital guide).
Day 6 — Kyoto day: an obanzai-lunch shortlist and temples.
Days 7–8 — Free time and departure.

How the rail works

Point-to-point Nozomi tickets, no pass. Select includes the sushi-chef class; Prestige adds a premium food experience plus a counter-seat reservation service for two dinners — the bookings foreigners struggle to make alone.
